My neighbor is in the process of starting up a cake business. Occasionally she needs taste testers to try out new cakes. I think it is important to be a good neighbor, so I've offered to be her taste tester whenever she needs one. What can I say? That's just the kind of person I am.
On this day she brought over a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. It was delicious!!

Mondays are dance days. My daughters take two dance classes Monday evenings - tap and ballet. On this particular Monday they had to leave ballet early to go have lacrosse pictures taken.
My one daughter suggested that I sketch a pair of ballet shoes in the net of a lacrosse stick. That seemed a little complex for one of my daily sketches so I simplified it to a single ballet shoe.
